Hi, I’m Jason.

I’m a Associate Professor of Physics & Engineering at Dordt University. I spend a lot of my time thinking about how to teach physics well to undergraduate students, and learning to overcome the Pauli Principle. I’m passionate about cultivating opportunities for undergraduate research. I also spend some of my time thinking about the building blocks of matter: quarks, gluons, and the interactions between them. I like bicycles, board games, and gathering people around good food & drink.
